Whilst we do not object to the application, we would like to make the following comments;
We concur and support the recommend conditions by Jonathan Knight. regarding construction/demolition hours of work.
We believe the main roof material of No 29 may contain asbestos . Should this be the case we would expect the work to be carried out by an approved contractor and all the necessary precautions taken to prevent contamination of the adjacent properties.
We do not wish any encroachment temporary or otherwise to the boundary of No 31.
No scaffolding to be placed or overhang the driveway of No 31.
No material to be in contact with the garage wall of No 31.
