Hi Emily,I have looked at the proposed development and the we would have no objections.
We would hope that provisions under Approved Document B or similar are met, this includes:
o Hydrant provision if there is not an existing hydrant close enough
o Access for firefighting including provision of dry risers if travel distances within accommodation are excessive
If the developers would like to pre-consult with ourselves then this can be arranged and encouraged to prevent any problems arising later in the development.
